George is a man living in long-term recovery, devoted to helping others break free from the grip of addiction. Coming from a family deeply affected by substance abuse, George’s own journey took a harrowing turn that led him to the Florida Department of Corrections. It was there, in a place of brokenness, that he encountered transformative grace and surrendered his life to Christ.

Today, George is not only an ordained minister but also a Certified Professional Recovery Coach, Certified Recovery Peer Specialist, and Certified Interventionalist. He channels his personal experiences and professional training into a powerful mission: to guide men toward lasting recovery and a faith that changes lives from the inside out.

George is a proud father of three and brings a spirit of joy and relatability into every space he enters. Whether he's leading a recovery session or diving into the Marvel Cinematic Universe or Star Wars lore, George’s passion, humility, and hope are unmistakable. His story is a testimony to redemption, and his heart beats for helping others discover their own.

​ Jason’s journey to recovery has been one of resilience and transformation. He struggled with addiction to drugs and alcohol most of his life—painfully impacting not only himself but also the lives of those around him. Over time, he became deeply ashamed of the person he had become, feeling empty and lost.

In January 2018, Jason made a courageous decision to seek help and entered treatment. After completing treatment, he joined the Dynamic Life Recovery Community as a resident, fully committing himself to change. His dedication paid off—he not only completed the program successfully but soon after joined the DLRC staff.

Today, Jason is a FARR Certified House Manager, a Certified Event Interventionist, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Theology. He plays a vital role at Dynamic Life, overseeing phone assessments, managing applications, conducting interviews, and leading orientations for new residents.

Jason now lives a life of purpose and service, devoted to helping others find the hope and healing he once sought. He shares his life with his loving wife and two children, grateful each day for the opportunity to make a difference.

Jay brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the Dynamic Life Recovery Community, building on his extensive background in recovery support, both from his personal treatment center history and now in his vital role here. With a deep understanding of the recovery process, Jay serves as our 24-hour on-site specialist, a trusted presence and watchful steward of our community’s day-to-day well-being.

Jay is passionately committed to the growth, accountability, and safety of our residents. He oversees vital responsibilities such as regular substance testing, curfew compliance, and facility oversight, ensuring a structured, secure, and supportive environment around the clock. His steady presence and compassionate approach make him a cornerstone of trust for both staff and residents alike.

Whether it’s offering a listening ear during late-night hours or reinforcing the standards that uphold recovery, Jay embodies the mission and heart of Dynamic Life. His work doesn’t just support recovery—it protects it.

Heath brings both lived experience and unwavering commitment to his role at Dynamic Life Recovery Community. After completing a treatment program here in Florida, Heath chose to continue his journey by becoming a resident at Dynamic Life—an experience that deeply shaped his perspective and passion for helping others.

Sober since October 2017, Heath is a powerful example of what long-term recovery can look like. His personal transformation fuels his work as a 24-hour on-site specialist, where he plays a vital role in supporting residents and maintaining the integrity of the facility. With a steady hand and an empathetic heart, Heath provides guidance, accountability, and a sense of stability to those just beginning their own path to recovery.

Whether offering encouragement, ensuring the safety of the environment, or simply being present in critical moments, Heath is a trusted pillar within our community—proof that recovery is not only possible but deeply life-giving.

Mike serves as the Certified Recovery Residence Administrator at Dynamic Life Recovery Community and holds the position of Treasurer on the Dynamic Life, Inc. Board of Directors. Since joining the organization in November 2018, Mike has been an instrumental part of our leadership team, bringing both administrative acumen and a strong foundation in discipleship to everything he does.

With a unique blend of organizational expertise and spiritual insight, Mike ensures that our recovery residence operates with excellence, accountability, and compassion. His commitment to structure, transparency, and faith-based support plays a key role in the daily rhythm and long-term vision of Dynamic Life.

Mike’s leadership is marked by integrity, servant-heartedness, and a deep belief in the power of transformation. Whether managing operational details or mentoring others through faith and recovery, he stands as a steady and inspiring presence within our community.
